Actors Vijay Sethupathi, Sivakarthikeyan and Jiiva are all gearing up for a clash at the box-office in the first week of October as their films are scheduled to hit the screens on the same day.
Starring Vijay Sethupathi, Lakshmi Menon, K.S. Ravikumar, Harish Uthaman, Kabeer Singh and Sathish in the lead, Rekka is directed by Rathina Siva and has music by D. Imman. Produced by ‘Common Man Productions’, the film is said to be a riveting action-packed film whose shoot has been going on at a brisk pace. Vijay Sethupathi plays a full-fledged, stylish action hero in this film for the first time in his career.
Films starring Vijay Sethupathi have been doing well at the box-office for the past few years. Vijay-Lakshmi’s first-time pairing has also excited fans of both the stars. The film’s crew has decided to release the film on 07th October on the eve of successive holidays for ‘Ayudha Pooja’ and ‘Saraswathi Pooja’.
Already, Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film Remo and Jiiva’s Kavalai Vendaam are also scheduled to release on the same day which means that there would be a clash between the three heroes. Let’s see who emerges victorious this time!
