Talented actor Murli Sharma is one happy person these days, the reason being, he is getting to share screen space with none other than one of his favorite actors Nana Patekar in his upcoming movie ‘Tadka’. Although Murli Sharma was a part of Prakash Jha’s ‘Apaharan’ which also featured Nana Patekar, the two actors did not have any joint scenes in the movie.
Murli Sharma stated that, the lure of sharing the same frame with Nana was what made him instantly agree to take up the project. He will be seen essaying the character of Nana’s best friend and confidante in the movie. ‘Tadka’ which revolves around the story of two couples and their bonding over their common love for food is being directed by famed South actor Prakash Raj.
Sharing the experience of working with Nana, Murli Sharma mentioned that, it turned out to be quite an enriching one for him. The actor revealed that, Nana would be seen feeding the unit members with soaked almonds and papaya which he termed as a healthy combination. Although, Murli has never had a liking for papaya, he would still go ahead and eat the fruit for the sake of Nana. And now, he has got so used to eating papaya that, he texted Nana of missing the fruit after the shoot got over.
