Working with Tigmanshu Dhulia in short movie ‘Baarish aur Chowmein’ was a pleasant experience for actress Taapsee Pannu

Making short films being the current trend with the Bollywood makers, Tigmanshu Dhulia too, has joined the bandwagon, having directed a short film titled ‘Baarish aur Chowmein’. The movie is a part of a project wherein six Indian and six Pakistani directors showcased their directorial skills by making movies based on the theme of love. The short movies were premiered in New Delhi on 5th July.

‘Baarish aur Chowmein’ features actors Amit Sadh and Taapsee Pannu. Talking about the movie, Taapsee, who essays the role of a background dancer, mentioned about the short film having provided her with an opportunity of working with filmmaker like Tigmanshu Dhulia. Being a great fan of the filmmaker’s work, the actress stated that, had Tigmanshu sir asked her to work in a commercial instead of short film, she would have readily grabbed the offer.

Taapsee will next be seen in interesting projects like ‘Tadka’ and ‘Pink’. While, the former movie is being directed by South fame actor Prakash Raj, the latter movie has the actress sharing screen space with Bollywood’s legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan.
