It is said that film-maker S.S. Rajamouli, who has been making the sequel to his last year’s colossal hit film Baahubali, is very unhappy with actress Anushka’s weight.
Baahubali 2 is presently in the making and if reports are to be believed, it would be more grandeur in stature than Baahubali. The shoot of the sequel has been going on at a hectic pace. Anushka, who played the role of an old queen in the first part, is to look younger and slimmer in the sequel as she also has plenty of romantic sequences with Prabhas.
After purposely putting on oodles of weight for her role in last year’s Size Zero (Inji Iduppazhagi in Tamil), Anushka is said to be finding it very difficult to shed the extra pounds of flesh fromher waist. Rajamouli wasn’t amused by this and reportedly pulled up Anushka on the sets asking her to lose weight in quick time.
Anushka plays Devasana, an important role in the film, which is very dominant in the film’s sequel. Last heard, Anushka is said to be seriously thinking about going under the knife to reduce weight quickly and without much pain.
