While the makers of ‘Velaikkaran’ had affirmed a strong confirmation that the theatrical release is scheduled on Dec 22, there was some confusion. Some calls on airs cited that the release might get postponed to some other date. But now it has been officially confirmed that Velaikkaran will be hitting screens on December 22. The word comes straight from the desk of 24AM Studios RD Raja with the censor being done. The censor board film committee members have passed ‘U’ certificate. The film is directed by Mohan Raja with Nayantara, Fahadh Faasil, Prakash Raj and many other prominent actors in the star-cast. Anirudh has composed music and Ramji has handled cinematography.
