It’s been 24 years from the time, Napoleon starrer ‘Seevalperi Pandi’ and still it remains so close to our heart. The real life incident was adapted and published as a weekly story in a leading Tamil magazine. Later it was made as a movie starring Napoleon and Saranya Ponvannan in lead roles with songs by Late music director Adityan turning to be a huge hit. Now the same producer, PG Srikanth is remaking the film with a top league hero in lead role. Harris Jayaraj initially played keyboard to Late music director Adityan for this movie and will now compose music for the remake version. While the main plot and premise will remain the same, the contemporary modifications to suit the current situation will be made.
