Lyricist Yugabarathy turns dialogue-writer in Suseenthiran’s new film

Lyricist Yugabarathy, who has been a popular lyricist in Kollywood for the past 14 years and who has penned super-hit songs such as Manmatha Raasa (from ‘Thiruda Thirudi’) and Konja Neram Konja Neram (from ‘Chandramukhi’), turns dialogue-writer in director-producer Suseenthiran’s upcoming untitled film.
Vishnu Vishal, who starred in the recent hit film Velainu Vandhutta Velaikkaran directed by Ezhil, would be playing the lead role in director Suseenthiran’s next film which hasn’t been titled yet. This would be Vishnu’s third film with his mentor Suseenthiran who introduced him in Tamil films with Vennila Kabadikuzhu and later directed him in Jeeva, which brought to the fore in explicit terms the selection anomalies in Indian cricket.
Vishnu is paired up opposite 23-year old Manjima Mohan, who would be debuting as heroine in Tamil films with Gautham Vasudev Menon’s upcoming film Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada opposite Simbu. She has already bagged Mudi Sooda Mannan opposite Vikram Prabhu and would start to shoot for her third Tamil film in the third week of July.
Produced jointly by Nallusamy Pictures and Asian Cine Combines, Suseendhiran has planned out his shooting schedule in advance so as to wrap up the film’s shoot in just 45 days. R. Parthiepan plays the antagonist in the film, which would be his second such attempt after last year’s Naanum Rowdydhaan. D. Imman scores the music.
