Even as Kabali fever has gripped the entire nation, superstar Rajinikanth showed no signs of tension and calmly visited the lotus-shaped Satchidananda Ashram at Yogaville, Virginia in U.S. yesterday, thus setting at rest speculations/rumours about his health which have floating in the media for a few weeks now.
Rajini left for U.S. in the first week of May after wrapping up the second schedule of the shoot of his upcoming Shankar-directed 2.0. It was said at that time that Rajini was in the U.S. to undergo some ‘experiments’ in connection with his role in 2.0 and to take some much-needed rest after wrapping up the shoot of Kabali which releases in theatres in three days from now.
Print media, however, painted the town red with rumours of Rajini not keeping good health. Rajini’s family chose not to react to such rumours and only said that Rajini had been taking well-deserved rest. Unlike earlier reports which said that Rajini was to return to Chennai by last week, it is now said that Rajini would be in Chennai by this weekend to coincide with the theatrical release of his Kabali.
Accompanied by his daughter Aishwarya and clad in an impeccable grey suit, Rajini visited the Satchidananda Ashram in Yogaville, Virginia. He spent more than an hour praying at the lotus-shaped Ashram founded by his spiritual guru Satchidananda Swamy. Rajini also took part at the 30th founding day celebrations of the Ashram in 2011.
